A man in Dongguan, Guangdong, is offering a monthly salary of 1,200 yuan ($154) to find a pet caretaker.
Though the salary is twice that of a local housekeeper, the man says he has not hired the right person since he took out his employment ad a month ago.
Besides feeding his two cats and a dog, the man requires the candidates to be able to bathe his pets and comb their hair every day.
Pet care has become a hot profession in the Guangdong city, with more pets being raised there.
