万兴工贸园管理委员会是园区行政管理机构。其主要职能是：根据国家法律、法规和有关规定，制订园区的行政管理办法，编制园区经济社会发展规划，并组织实施；统一管理园区财务、税收业务；处理园区涉外事务；管理和审批园区的土地使用和建筑设计；协调区内各职能机构的工作关系；兴办教育、文化、卫生等公益事业，维护园区的社会秩序；保护园区企业的合法权益等。

    The Administration Committee of WXITP is the administrative organization of the Park. Its major functions include: to constitute the administration measures for the WXITP according to the State laws and regulations; to make and arrange implementing the economic development plan of the WXITP; to carry out unified management of the finance and taxation; to deal with the foreign affairs; to administer and approve the land use and construction design of the WXITP; to coordinate the working relationship among the function organizations in the Park; to set up the public welfare of education, culture and health etc; to safeguard the social order in the Park; to protect the legal right and interests of the enterprises in the Park.
