D、建筑设计要求：

    建筑密度0.4以下，容积率0.6以上，绿化面积在35％以上；主建筑临路退线15米，临路及企业间围墙均采用通透式，高度1.8米。企业应根据自身需求设置自行车、机动车停车场，适当安排员工就餐及倒班住宿用房。

Enterprises are supposed to set up bicycle and car park accord-mg to their own need and they also should properly arrange employees to have meal and get accommodation in shifts.
