一.优惠对象
1.河西务镇外的所有入区企业。2.河西务镇内新建入区企业。
二.土地
1.土地条件:区内实行“七通一平”
2.基本地价(出让50年),工业用地70-100元/平方米(指道路红线以外的净用地)。
3.入区企业也可租用土地,租期须达到20年以上,每月租金1000元/亩,租金每10年调整一次,调整幅度15%左右,农改建征地费用由使用者负担。
4.企业用地建设生产中的附属设施建设如:上下水、电、通讯设施等,经济区负责同意规划、安排与协调,确保不影响正常生产,并免收入区企业的城镇建设配套费。
三.税收
1.凡入区经营的企业,从取得第一笔营业收入的月份起,享受企业扶持基金。外资企业实行免2减3的政策。内资企业所得税、营业税、增值税连续三年按留镇部分的50%奖励给企业用于扩大再生产。
2.入区企业除享本区税收优惠政策外,还享受免收工商管理费,治安联防费二年。
3.凡区内注册,在区外经营的企业,享受返还企业税收的比例,同第一条。
四.其它
对入区企业采取特事特办、一事一议的原则给予特殊优惠。凡在区内个人投资25万元以上,单位投资50万元以上,且资金到位的,可协助办理本地户口,其子女入学、就医、就业等方面享受与本地居民同等的待遇。

PREFERENTIAL POLICY

Road:The net road service is laid out in the zone,the width of main road and branch road from 20 to12m.The plan and construction which can supply qualfied water and the water pressure si not lower than 0.3mpa.
Water Supply:There si a water station which can supply qualfied water and the water preesure si not lower than 0.3mpa.
Drainage:The drainage system si designed according to anti-flame drainage design standard.There si drainage pump station in the zone.
Power Supply:Two power net,North China and Jingjintang power net,supply power to the zone to ensure the continuous power supply.
Communication:Communication exchangers in the zone habe a capacity of 10 thousand telephones .The domestic and inernational telecom business can be directly handled in the zone
