招商引资中介人奖励办法：为经济区引进项目的中介人不受工作单位、职务、身份限止，均可享受下列奖励:

    1.介绍企业在区内注册的，按注册资本引进资金到位额的2‰给予奖励。

    2.介绍界外企业入区办厂的凡将土地租金一次付清的，按实交土地租金的2%一次性给予奖励。

    3.介绍界外投资者入区租用厂房和土地的(租期在十年以上)，按企业当年租金到位额的2%连续奖励3年。

    4.自入区企业缴纳第一笔税金起连续3年，按每年纳税额留镇部分的5%逐年给予奖励。

    5.对符合第1款、第2款、第3款奖励条件之一的，同时享受第4款奖励。

    Encouragement Statute to the Intermediators in the Introducing Investment.

    The intermediators introducing projets to zhe zone enjoy the following award withort the limitation of work unit,duty and position.

    1.The intermediators introducing enterprises to register in the zone are awarded with a sum of 2‰ of the reached amount of the registered capital.

    2.The intermeditors introducing the outside enterprises to operate factories in the zone are awarded with a sum of 2% of the amount of autual land rent in one time if the enterprise pay the rent at one time.

    3.The intermediators introducing outside investors to rent workshops and land (the rent period is more than 10 years),are rewarded with a sum of 2% of the amount of reached current-year-rent for 3 successive years.

    4.The intermediators are awarded yearly for three successive years with a sum of 5%the amount of town-withheld tax from the year in which the enterprises pay the first sum of tax.

    5.The intermediators conforming to the article 1,2,and3 enjoy the award of article 4 at the same time.
